KHAMIRA PLAYS ELECTRIC MILES DAVIS
Khamira will be meeting again in Cardiff, Wales in January 2020.
We'll be taking a Masterclass at the RWCMD (Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama) on Friday 10th January during the day, and performing a concert in the prestigious Dora Stoutzker Hall in the evening.
We'll be playing a selection of music from Miles Davis' 1970s period: Bitches Brew, Jack Johnson, Get Up With It, Big Fun and Live Evil.
We've always included 'Great Expectations' from BIg Fun in our set as our encore, and the band sound has increasingly been veering towards the dark funk of Miles' 1970s music, so this was too good an opportunity to miss.
